Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

FlowStation ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered songwriting suite operated as an independent product. Contact: flowstationai@gmail.com

2. Your Account

You must provide a real email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

• You must be 13 or older to use FlowStation
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse refund/trial policies is a violation
• You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account

3. Subscriptions & Billing

FlowStation offers paid subscription tiers (Artist Pro and Artist Elite) billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the listed monthly rate
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

4. Acceptable Use

You may use FlowStation for personal and commercial songwriting. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's AI features
• Share account credentials or resell access to the platform
• Use FlowStation to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Exploit the platform's refund or free-tier policies through bad-faith account creation
• Use automation tools to circumvent rate limits or daily caps

5. Your Content

Your lyrics and writing belong to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you write in the notepad. We do not use your lyric content to train AI models. Content you create on FlowStation is yours to keep, publish, and register for copyright.

6. AI Features (Floyd)

Floyd AI Coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated suggestions, rewrites, and responses are provided as creative assistance only — not professional advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or commercial usability of AI outputs. You retain full responsibility for the content you publish or register.

7. Intellectual Property

FlowStation's design, branding, code, and non-user-generated content are owned by us. The FlowStation name and logo may not be used without written permission. The tools and features are proprietary — replicating them is a violation.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime. Third-party integrations (YouTube, Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe) are subject to their own terms and availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Repeated abuse of refund policies, creation of duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in permanent termination with no refund eligibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlowStation is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
