Refund Policy

We want FlowStation to be worth every dollar you spend on it. If it's not working for you, we'd rather hear about it than have you pay for something that isn't delivering. That said, this policy exists to protect the platform from bad-faith use — and we enforce it.
✓ When We Will Refund
- Technical failure on our end: If a feature you paid for was non-functional and we couldn't resolve it within 5 business days of your report, you're eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Accidental double-charge: If you were billed twice for the same period, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- First-month goodwill: If you're a first-time subscriber and contact us within 7 days of your first charge with a genuine issue, we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. One time, per person, ever.
✕ When We Will Not Refund
- Forgetting to cancel: Subscriptions renew automatically. It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer want to be charged. We do not refund charges that result from forgetting to cancel.
- Change of mind after use: If you used the Pro or Elite features during the billing period — Floyd AI, rhyme tools, beat search, starters, PDF export — the subscription delivered value. Those periods are non-refundable.
- Partial-month cancellations: When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for time remaining after cancellation.
- Policy abuse: If we identify a pattern of subscribing, using AI features, and requesting refunds — this will result in permanent account termination with no refund eligibility on any prior or future charges.
- Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple first-month reviews or to circumvent limits is fraud. No refunds, immediate termination.
⚡ Before You Ask for a Refund
Most issues that lead to refund requests are actually solvable. If something isn't working:
- Email us at flowstationai@gmail.com with a description of the issue
- We typically respond within 24 hours
- Most technical issues are resolved same-day
We'd much rather fix the problem than lose you as a subscriber.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your tier until then. To cancel:
- Use the account management options inside FlowStation, or
- Email flowstationai@gmail.com with your account email and we'll cancel it immediately
We do not make it hard to cancel. Ask and it's done.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks triggered without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. We cooperate fully with payment processors and card issuers in disputes and provide full documentation of service delivery.
